Dear Sir/Madam,                              

You are hereby invited to be a Bidder in the Tender described herein. The Gambia Public Procurement Act defines a Tender as a type of Bid and anyone submitting a Tender or other Bid is known as a Bidder. Under the Tender process, there will be a public opening of all Bids received at the place and at the time stated in Paragraph 7 below. 

1. The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation has budgeted funding for the: THE PROCUREMENT OF FERTILIZER FOR 2025 AND 2026 SEASON and intends to place a Contract for the supply and delivery of these goods.

2. The goods (FERTILIZER) to be procured shall be delivered at The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, Sarro Denton Bridge and various depots, as specified in the bidding document within the required timeframe.

3. The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the PROCUREMENT OF FERTILIZER FOR 2025 AND 2026 SEASON.

LOT  1: 10,000 METRIC TONS FERTILIZER NKP 15.15.15 4MGO

LOT 2:   10,000 METRIC TONS FERTILIZER NKP 15.15.15 4MGO

LOT 3:     4,000 METRIC TONS OF FERTILIZER NKP 6.20.10

1,000 METRIC TONS OF FERTILIZER UREA 46 %

4. The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is three (3) days before the submission deadline. The contact details are: 3956227/7378443/3658602/7009875.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and purchase the Bid documents at the Procurement office, National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, Sarro, Denton Bridge Banjul, The Gambia. 
6. A complete set of Bid documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders from NFSPMC’s Account Department, at a non-refundable fee of GMD 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand Dalasi).
7. Bids must be delivered to the Management’s Office of the National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, on or before 12.00 noon. Banjul time on Thursday 6th February, 2025, and must be accompanied by a security of USD 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand Dollars). Late Bids shall not be considered.

8. Bids will be open in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 12:30 P.M AT NFSPMC’S BOARD ROOM, SARRO, DENTON BRIDGE.
