Catholic Relief Service (CRS) began working in The Gambia in 1664 supporting relief and development operations in the country. CRS Gambia has proudly maintained a strong reputation with partners and the communities we serve by implementing a multi-sector program portfolio.
CRS in The Gambia Program supports a range of development and humanitarian initiatives, including food security, education, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and community strengthening programs.
To ensure efficient implementation of its activities, CRS requires reliable suppliers for the provision of stationery and office consumables.
Objectives of the tender
The objective of this tender is to establish a pool of qualified suppliers to support CRS operations in The Gambia.
CRS invites qualified, experienced, and duly registered vendors to submit their quotations for this tender. Successful bidders may be considered for the establishment of a Framework Agreement.
The tender is divided into three different categories with different lots within each category:
- Provision of Professional Services for Maintenance and Repair (Lot 1: Carpentry Services, Lot 2: Plumbing Services, Lot 3: ICT Equipment Repair and Maintenance and Lot 4: Gardener)
- Provision of Accommodation and Catering Services (Lot 1: Hotel Accommodation and Conference Services in Greater Banjul Area, Lot2: Catering Services nationwide).
- Supply of Stationery Items and Office Provisions (Lot-1: Supply of stationery items and Lot2: Supply of Office Provisions-Consumables).
