The Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services has budgeted funds from the Government of The Gambia and now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of One (1) Unit of Elevator for use at the Ministry’s premises.

The contract shall be executed at Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, GRTS Building, MDI Road, Kanifing. The Gambia. The required delivery, installation, and commissioning period is within ninety (90) days after contract signing.

A complete set of the bidding documents in the English language may be obtained from the Specialised Procurement Unit, Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, GRTS Building, Kanifing, upon submission of a written application addressed to the Permanent Secretary and payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Dalasi Only), during official working hours.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 2% of the total bid price, issued by a recognised bank or insurance company and valid for 120 days from the bid submission deadline.

3. Submission of Bids

Bids must be delivered in two (2) copies and one (1) original in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid Reference Number and addressed to the Procuring Organisation at the address indicated above.

Deadline for Submission: 20th August 2026 at 12:00 noon Banjul time

Late bids shall be rejected.
