ITB N°: SFL/CROP-H PROJECT/FY26/08 for procurement and supply of 21 laptop computers
Shelter For Life International (SFL) Headquartered in Minnesota, USA is an international relief and development organization with over 40 years of experience in providing sustainable development and humanitarian assistance in developing countries around the world.
Project background:
Shelter For Life International (SFL) is implementing the Cultivating Resilient Optimization for Productivity in Horticulture (CROP-H) Project using a market-based approach in partnership with multiple stakeholders across the horticulture value chain.
Purpose:
Along with other objectives, the CROP-H Project aims to strengthen the capacity of farmer cooperatives and improve their access to digital tools for cooperative management, record keeping, communication, market engagement, and other operational activities.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply, delivery, testing, and provision of warranty services for all equipment included in this tender.
Overall Objective:
The objective of this procurement is to support selected CROP-H partner cooperatives with reliable and appropriate information technology equipment to strengthen their capacity. A total of twenty-one (21) laptops will be procured under this tender.
The SFL Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Vendors/Suppliers/ to apply to Bid for the proposed below materials:

Tenders must be submitted to the e-mail address below, quoting the title of the address as “ ITB N°: SFL/CROP-H PROJECT/FY26/08 for procurement and supply of laptop computers for 21 CROP-H partner cooperatives”: crophprocurement@shelter.org no later than September 11, 2026, 5:00 PM local time. Late bids will be rejected.
SFL reserves the right to accept or reject any Bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for SFL action.
