Sablux Gambia Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Portfolio Officer to manage and develop relationships with our existing and prospective clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and ensure strong customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Follow up with clients on enquiries, payments, documentation, and other requests.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, property management, and finance teams to resolve client matters.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on portfolio performance.
• Support client retention and contribute to achieving company sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
• Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in real estate or property-related services is an advantage.
