Invitation to Bid

The National Food Security Corporation (NFSC) invites bids from suitably qualified and interested suppliers for the following procurement:

LOT 1: 20 TPD EDIBLE OIL REFINERY LINE

Supply, installation, commissioning and training of a 20 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) Edible Oil Refinery Line, including bottling and packaging equipment and all associated components and services required for the complete operation of the system.

LOT 2: PEANUT BUTTER PROCESSING MACHINE

Supply of One (1) Peanut Butter Processing Machine, complete set, including all necessary components and accessories for proper operation.

PURCHASE OF BIDDING DOCUMENT

Interested bidders may purchase the bidding document from the Head Office of the National Food Security Corporation (NFSC), Saaro, The Gambia.

The bidding document shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD 25,000.00 (twenty-five Thousand Gambian Dalasis).

Payment shall first be made at the Accounts Department, after which bidders may collect the bidding document from the Procurement Office.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bidders shall prepare and submit their bids in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in the bidding document.
