Invitation to Bid for Construction Works
Africa Relief and Community Development (ARCD) invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the execution of the following construction project:
Project Title:٢ مسجد الصالحين
Project Location: Kunkujang Madina, W C R, The Gambia
The Scope of the project involves the construction of a 120 m² Masjid and a Borehole in accordance with the approved architectural drawings. ο All works shall adhere to the Gambian construction codes and regulations and eligibility Requirements.
Interested contractors must submit the following:
- Valid business registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Company profile detailing relevant experience
- Evidence of successful completion of similar projects
- List of key technical personnel and equipment
- Any other documents required in the bidding documents
Collection of Bidding Documents: Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents from:

The bidding documents will be available from 05/10/2026 to 13th/10/ 2026 during official working hours.
Submission of Bids: Completed bids must be submitted to bids@africa-relief.org
not later than 4:30pm on 16th October 2026
ARCD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid received.
