Job Description
Estate4Mission is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join company in The Gambia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties, identifying potential buyers, managing client relationships, and closing sales.
This is a full-time position requiring close collaboration with our team based in the Netherlands. We are looking for a reliable, results-driven professional who demonstrates strong communication skills, punctuality, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Estate4Mission properties.
- Identify potential buyers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, property viewings, and negotiations.
- Maintain close communication with our team in the Netherlands.
- Provide regular, accurate, and structured sales reports.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and ongoing deals.
- Meet agreed sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Gambian real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with our team.
- Strong reporting skills, transparency, and accountability.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
