A Removal of the existing roof and ceiling to the security office and cart away including the removal of the affected roofing sheets.
B The clearance of the ware house

WALL FINISHES

cement/sand (1:3 mix) to crack  walls
C Make good finishing to affected crack walls to the ware house

ROOF

D 50 x 75mm thick treated hardwood timber purlins nailed to steel roof trusses

COVERING

E 0.50mm Aluzinc Profile roof coverings fixed to replace the affected area of the ware house
F 0.40mm Aluzinc Profile roof coverings fixed security house
G Ridge cap
H 200 x 25mm thick softwood timber fascia board
I cost to repair the entrance shade

SUSPENDED CEILING

J Provide and fix 6mm plywood ceiling boards
K 50x50mm ceiling joist  and noggings
L 1’x2” timber mouldings at 600x600mm centres grid system

PAINTING

M Prepare and apply paint to internal and external walls of the warehouse
N Prepare and apply paint to internal and external walls of the security office
O Prepare and apply paint to the entrance gate and the ware house door
P floor tiles to the security including skirting
Q Cost on for the concrete apron wash stone
R Entrance ramp to accass the ware house Basalt concrete
