JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

FOR
Oversee and streamline daily administrative functions, manage budgets, implement policies, and ensure smooth office operations, while also supervising administrative staff and ensuring accurate task completion. Consultation and guidance on various matters related to overall performance.
Service quality guidance and operational issues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and streamline all administrative procedures
  • Assess team performance to identify opportunities for coaching and guidance
  • Manage personnel scheduling and project deadlines
  • Encourage effective communication across the organization
  • Managing Budgets and Supplies. … 
  • Record Keeping. … 

          Arranging Repairs and Maintenance. 

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Any Other duties assigned by your Supervisor/s

KNOW HOW AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject plus 1 year experience OR 
  • Graduate Diploma in relevant subject plus 3 years’ experience OR
  • Sound knowledge of general banking law and practices, human resource, Administrative and the Bank’s products and services
  • Managerial experience in an office setting
  • Deep understanding of budgeting best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Outstanding strategic planning abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management processes
  • Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, speak clearly to customers and employees
  • Familiar with computer processing/applications
  • Sales targeting 
  • Monitoring and reviewing sales performance/analysis
  • Striking balance between customer’s needs/requests and bank rules/policies/procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision while performing duties
