Job Description

As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our human capital and ensuring that our HR policies and practices align with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission and goals.

– Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach.

– Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

– Oversee performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.

– Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.

– Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

– Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

– Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

– Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Professional HR certification is an asset.

– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management roles.

– In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
