1 Shelter for Life international invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Garden Seeds:
1.1 Proof of executing At least two (2) contracts of a similar nature in the past 3 years are eligible to apply.
1.2 Interested eligible bidders can obtain details tender documents and any further information from the Office of the Procurement and Logistics Officer @ 7720949 or email:jarju@shelter.org from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm local time.
1.3 Interested eligible candidates can obtain detailed tender document and any further information from Shelter for Life international during normal working hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30.
1.4 Prices quoted should be duty free, must be in Gambian Dalasi and shall remain valid for (90) days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and to be addressed to the Chief of party, Shelter for Life International at Salameh Complex Sukuta Highway, Brusubi West coast Region the Gambia
1.5 Submission deadline is Wednesday 7th of May 2025 at 12:00 noon localtime. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the SFL office at Salameh Complex Sukuta Highway, Brusubi West coast Region the Gambia.
1.6 at the above-mentioned address on the 7th of May 2025, 2:00 pm local time in the presence ofthe bidders who wish to attend or its representative.
