Marina International School, a distinguished institution dedicated to academic excellence and holistic education, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Accounts Payable Clerk. The post-holder is responsible for processing invoices, preparing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely settlement of financial obligations in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and payment requests.

• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors and service providers.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.

• Support monthly reconciliations and finance reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified CAT/AAT, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.

Salary scale is based on three criteria:

1. Credentials
2. Years of Service
3. Scope of Practice
