Marina International School, a distinguished institution dedicated to academic excellence and holistic education, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Communication & Marketing Assistant. The post-holder will support the School’s marketing, branding, and communication activities aimed at enhancing the School’s visibility, stakeholder engagement, and student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the School’s media platforms and online presence
• Support the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and communication content
• Assist in covering school events through photography, videos and social media updates.
• Help maintain and update the School’s website and communication channels
• Support admissions and student recruitment campaigns
• Assist in organising marketing events, school activities, and outreach programmes.
• Respond to inquiries and support stakeholder communication where necessary
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across communication platforms
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills are desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Salary scale is based on three criteria:

1. Credentials
2. Years of Service
3. Scope of Practice
