Invitation to Bid for Construction Works
Africa Relief and Community Development (ARCD) invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the execution of the following construction project:
Project Title: Iqra Academy (6 classrooms)
Project Location: Misraba Mariama URR
Scope of Works: The works include the construction of a 6-classroom block of 216 sqm and an administration block of 50sqm with a total built up area of 266sqm, including all associated civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works as specified in the Terms of reference.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested contractors must submit the following:
- Valid business registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Company profile detailing relevant experience
- Evidence of successful completion of similar projects
- List of key technical personnel and equipment
- Any other documents required in the bidding documents
Collection of Bidding Documents: Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents from:

The bidding documents will be available from 03 July 2026 to 09 July 20206 during official working hours.
Submission of Bids: Completed bids must be submitted to bids@africa-relief.org
not later than 4:30pm on 20th July, 2026.
ARCD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid received.
