We are looking for a meticulous Technical Supervisor to spearhead the operations and maintenance projects at prestigious apartment complexes under our portfolio. In this role, you will be required to prepare and manage budgets, supervise and liaise with contractors, and oversee the daily maintenance and operations projects of our estates. You will also be required to lead on the scoping, tendering, and contract negotiations for these projects.
To be a successful Technical Supervisor, you should be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a top-notch Technical Supervisor should be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and ensure that the estate’s business ventures realise the expected outcomes with quality, within budget and on time.
