Seek input and feedback from supervisors and co-workers so you know how to improve as you go along.Be assertive. Doesn’t just stick to your department, either; volunteer to work in other areas of the company so you get an overview of the company structure. Prove that you can meet the responsibilities of holding a full-time job.
So to parlay your internship into a full time job requires a number of strategies—take a proactive approach; Work hard and don’t just work hard, strive to do your best and extend your best behavior to your interactions with the company’s products, staff, customers etc. Know that the internship is platform for employers to observe the strengths of interns they convert into full-time positions.
