Key Requirements: For Broadcast Technician
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Broadcast Technology
- Minimum 2 years experience in a broadcast or media environment
- Knowledge of broadcast transmission systems, signal routing and equipment maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical faults under pressure
Department: Production
Key Requirements: For Camera Operator
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on camera operating experience in a television or film environment
- Proficiency with professional broadcast cameras (ENG, studio, and multi-camera setups)
- Strong eye for composition, framing and lighting
- Ability to work on live broadcasts and location shoots
