We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, expand our property portfolio, and strengthen our brand presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new real estate business opportunities
• Market residential and commercial properties to clients and investors
• Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, and partners
• Develop and execute marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close property sales
• Conduct market research and analyze property trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Proven experience in real estate business development or marketing
• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market

Experience: 3-7 years in real estate or a similar role
