STAND: We Walk Together is inviting qualified vehicle rental companies or individuals to submit bids for a long-term, part-time vehicle rental contract. Please review the requirements below.
1. What We Need
We require a reliable 4×4 or pickup on a long-term rental contract for 3 days per week (between Monday and Friday).
- Vehicle Type: 4×4 SUV (e.g., Mitsubishi Pajero, Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Navara) or pickup with high ground clearance.
- Area of Operation: Greater Banjul and the Kombos
- Driver: Self-drive (driven by our staff).
- Schedule: 3 days per working week
2. Rental Responsibilities
- Full commercial insurance and road tax valid in The Gambia.
- All routine servicing, tires, and mechanical repairs.
- Availability for the days required
3. Fuel
- Our organization will cover all fuel costs during the rental days.
4. What to Include in Your Bid
- Daily Rates in GMD (inclusive of maintenance and insurance).
- Rates for short term (e.g. one week and one month) and long term (one year)
- Vehicle options and details (Make, Model, Year, Mileage, and clear Photos).
- Business / personal details
- Description of fueling process e.g. full to full
- Key rules and policies around the rental
- References from past or current clients.
