As a CCNA Trainer at our Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission – MGQS IT Training Institute in The Gambia, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) courses to our students. This role involves conducting training sessions, engaging with students to ensure understanding, evaluating their progress, and providing support and guidance to help them prepare for the CCNA certification exams. You will be provided with a comprehensive course plan, but you are encouraged to bring your unique industry insights and experiences to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, staying abreast of the latest networking technologies and trends is key to offering relevant and impactful training.
Qualification and Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of industry experience in networking is required.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
- A commitment to continuous professional development in both technical and educational fields.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
