As part of our growth and transformation agenda, we invite applications for the position of Head of Corporate Communications.

Role Overview

The Head of Corporate Communications will manage Reliance’s reputation and brand through strategic internal and external messaging, media and stakeholder engagement, crisis response, and consistent content across all communication platforms.

The role will provide strategic communications support to Executive Management while strengthening public trust, employee engagement, and stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Corporate Communications Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public engagements.
• Lead stakeholder communications including regulators, customers, partners, and staff.
• Drive internal communications to support organisational culture and change initiatives.
• Manage crisis communications and reputational risk response.
• Oversee content across website, social media, publications, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and crisis communications.
• Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
