Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual responsible for transporting messages, documents, and packages to designated locations by foot, motorbike, bicycle, or car. This role requires excellent knowledge of the Greater Banjul Area and adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in riding a motorbike.
- Familiarity with the Greater Banjul Area.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Possession of a valid ID card or passport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations: Safely operate vehicles and plan efficient routes to deliver packages, letters, and documents. Ensure secure loading, verify recipient details, and obtain signatures or payments as required.
- Compliance and Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the prescribed uniform, ID card, and safety gear, while adhering to workplace rules.
- Administrative Duties: Sort and distribute incoming mail, maintain accurate delivery records, submit daily worksheets, and perform tasks assigned by management.
- Customer Service and Reporting: Provide excellent customer service and promptly report any issues or delays to the Operations Manager.
