Job Overview
The Deputy CEO reports directly to the CEO and is accountable to the CEO for the performance of assigned responsibilities and the implementation of delegated decisions.
Key Responsibilities;
- Over day-to-day administration and operations so that services are safe , timely, efficient and patient-centered.
- Ensure that administrative and operational activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, professional requirements, partner conditions and approved procedures.
Experience:
The successful candidate should combine senior management experience, strong operational leadership and the ability to manage a specialized health institution .
Qualification.
A postgraduate degree (master degree) in the health service Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline.
