ABOUT US
Starline, on Brufut Highway, proudly serves families in Brufut and surrounding communities. We are building a team of door-to-door sales agents to bring our services and quality cosmetics to every home in Brufut and surrounding communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visit homes in your assigned zone of Brufut and surrounding communities.
• Introduce Starline and its services to households
• Sell Starline’s range of cosmetics and personal care products at the approved prices
• Give each new customer a voucher for 5% off their first visit to Starline
• Register households and record each visit and sale in the daily register.
• Account accurately for stock and cash at the end of each day
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education: Grade 9
• Age: 18–40 years
• Lives in Brufut or surrounding communities.
• Speaks Mandinka or Wolof and English
• Polite, friendly, honest and respectful
• Trustworthy with money and stock
• Marketing skills are an advantage
WHAT WE OFFER
• Monthly pay during the 3-month probation (November 2026 – January 2027): D5,000 in Month 1, D10,000 in Month 2 and D15,000 in Month 3
• Opportunity for full-time employment after successful probation
• 5 working days per week
• Full training, a uniform and an ID card
