Freelance Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer and Digital Content Creator

The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) invites qualified and creative freelancers to express their interest in providing graphic design, photography, videography, and digital content creation services to support the Authority’s public relations, public education, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Assignment Objective

Provide professional graphic design, videography, photography, and digital content creation services to enhance NHIA’s visibility, public education, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Scope of Services

The selected freelancer will work closely with the Public Relations and Communications Department to deliver the following services:

• Develop creative graphics, posters, flyers, banners, brochures, infographics, and other branded promotional materials for NHIA.
• Provide professional coverage of NHIA events, stakeholder engagements, public education activities, and official functions, including editing and organising media files.
• Produce and edit videos, reels, interviews, promotional clips, motion graphics, and platform-specific digital content tailored to NHIA’s audiences.
• Deliver high-quality materials within agreed timelines, incorporate feedback and revisions, and maintain strict confidentiality of NHIA information and materials.

Expected Deliverables

The freelancer will be expected to provide the following deliverables, based on NHIA’s approved communication plan and specific assignments:

• Monthly social media graphics, posters, flyers, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials aligned with NHIA’s communication plan.
• Professional photographs and video footage covering assigned NHIA events, activities, campaigns, and institutional engagements.
• Edited videos, promotional clips, reels, motion graphics, storyboards, creative concepts, and other digital content for public education and stakeholder engagement.
• Timely submission of high-quality, approved materials in agreed formats, incorporating feedback and providing organised final files to the designated NHIA focal person.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Interested freelancers should demonstrate the following:

• Relevant training, certification, or demonstrable professional experience in graphic design, photography, videography, multimedia production, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating quality work, with proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, video editing, and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated creativity, accuracy, attention to detail, audience-focused content development, and good communication skills; experience in social media, public awareness, or institutional communications is an advantage.
• Access to appropriate equipment and software, with strong time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.

Duration and Nature of Engagement

The engagement will be on a freelance basis, with assignments commissioned according to NHIA’s communication needs and approved work plans. Specific timelines, deliverables, revision requirements, and payment arrangements will be agreed upon with the selected freelancer.
