We are looking for an experienced, talented and responsible Head Chef to lead our kitchen.
We want someone who takes pride in producing excellent food, maintains high standards and can organise a professional kitchen without constant supervision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare consistently excellent food with attractive presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and organise daily operations.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock, minimise waste and report shortages promptly.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager.
- Take initiative and solve problems independently.
YOU MUST HAVE
✓ Professional restaurant cooking experience.
✓ Strong organisational and communication skills.
✓ Excellent knowledge of food hygiene.
✓ Reliability, honesty and attention to detail.
✓ A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
