Job Overview
The Ministry of Justice, through the Post TRRC Unit, invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Individual Consultant — Communications to provide communication support to the Post TRRC Unit.
Assignment: Communication Support to the Post TRRC Unit
Contract Type: Individual Consultant
Duration: 30 working days over three (3) months (October-December 2026)
‘Work Arrangement: Part-time, hybrid (in-person and remote)
Key Responsibilities
The Consultant will support implementation of the Post TRRC Communications Strategy, including media and public engagement, coverage of Post TRRC events, management of social media and website content, production of audio-visual and information materials, support to CSO and stakeholder engagements, preparation of communication reports, and development of the 2026 Post TRRC Annual Report.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media/Journalism, Public Relations or related field;
2. Minimum three (3) years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in communications strategy implementation;
3. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
4. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including CSOs, is an advantage:
5. Fluency in English and at least one local language; and
6. Computer and design application skills.

4. Separate Financial Proposal indicating an all-inclusive daily fee in GMD.
Applications will be evaluated using the Cumulative Analysis Method: Technical 70% and Financial 30%. Only candidates obtaining at least 70% of the maximum technical score will . proceed to financial evaluation.
