OBTAINING THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Interested suppliers may obtain the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document from the Procurement Unit, ground floor at no cost, National Food Security Corporation, Denton Bridge, Banjul, The Gambia.
SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Suppliers are required to quote for each item separately, indicating the final unit and total prices in Gambian Dalasis (GMD), inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Quotations must be signed by an authorized representative and submitted in a plain, sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation No. NFSPMC/ENG/RFQ/2026 – Procurement of Electrical Items.”

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
Delivery is required within two (2) days after signing the Local Purchase Order (LPO). Payment shall be made at 100% upon delivery of the goods, subject to verification and acceptance.
EVALUATION AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Quotations will be reviewed in accordance with the RFQ requirements and applicable public procurement laws and regulations. NFSC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
