Job Profile:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled IT Systems Auditor to join our internal audit team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of our IT
systems, applications, and processes. This includes reviewing controls, risk management frameworks,
and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the security and reliability of our mobile wallet
platform. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, recommending improvements,
and working closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct IT Audits: Perform regular audits of the company’s IT infrastructure, mobile wallet
applications, and associated systems to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
2. Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and security protocols across all IT systems, ensuring that risks related to mobile payments, data breaches, and fraud are minimized.
3. Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR), and external regulatory requirements applicable to mobile payment systems.
4. System Reviews: Audit core IT systems, network configurations, data storage solutions, and disaster recovery procedures to verify compliance with security standards and operational guidelines.
5. Vulnerability Management: Identify potential vulnerabilities within IT systems and platforms, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration with IT & Security Teams: Work closely with IT, security, and development
teams to review system designs, changes, and updates, ensuring they meet both security and operational requirements.
7. Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, risks, and improvement recommendations, and present these to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Follow-up Audits: Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure issues identified during previous audits have been resolved.
9. Training & Awareness: Assist in the development of security and compliance training programs for staff and provide support in building a culture of risk awareness and security.

Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are preferred.

Experience: 
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity, or IT risk management, ideally within the fintech or banking sector, mobile payments, or technology sector if the candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of experience if the candidate has a Master’s Degree.

Hands-on experience auditing IT systems, software applications, infrastructure, and databases.
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).

Technical Skills: 
Familiarity with mobile wallet platforms, payment gateways, and related technologies.
Proficiency in audit software, security tools, and methodologies for assessing IT controls.
Knowledge of cloud computing, database management, and network security protocols.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex IT systems, assess risks, and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in reviewing IT systems and identifying discrepancies or inefficiencies.

Desirable Attributes:
• Familiarity with mobile wallet technologies and payment processing ecosystems.
• Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and staying current with emerging threats and regulatoryrequirements.
