 Name of Project: McGovern-Dole Food for Education (FFE) Project in The Gambia

Catholic Relief Service (CRS) The Gambia is launching a call for quotations to select vendors to implement the McGovern-Dole Food for Education (FFE) project’s Literacy activities. The school feeding project (NDOKK) is being implemented in 186 lower basic schools (LBS) and early childhood development (ECD).

OBJECTIVES

Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), CRS seeks to solicit quotations from eligible and experienced printing firms to produce literacy materials under the project. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for printing and delivering the educational materials listed below, comprising a total of 44,142 copies.

All bids must be submitted via email to gm_quotations@crs.org with the subject line RFQ_FY26 LIT_PRINTING. Physical submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.

All questions related to the RFQ should be sent to gm_procurementenquiries@crs.org with the subject line ENQUIRIES FOR FFE LITERACY PRINTING OF BOOKS AND LEARNING MATERIALS

Bids will be valid for 90 days from the date of submission set by CRS. An offer valid for a shorter period may be rejected.

CRS reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, and to cancel the procedure to call for tenders and to reject all tenders at any time before the award of the contract, without incurring any liability vis-à-vis the tenderers.

CRS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the contract in whole to a single bidder or to make multiple awards and distribute the scope of work among two or more bidders, as deemed to be in the best interest of CRS.
