Invitation to Bid – Procurement of Security Services 305 views

You are hereby invited to be a bidder in a Tender described herein. The Gambia Public Procurement Act defines a Tender as a type of bid and anyone submitting a tender or bid is known as a Bidder. Under the tender process, there will be a public opening of the bids received at the place and at the time stated in paragraph 8 and 9 below.

1. National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation has budgeted funding for the procurement of Security Services, and intends to place a contract for the security of the corporation
2. The security guards shall be deployed at the corporation’s main office in Saaro Denton Bridge.
3. National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible security firms for the procurement of security services.
4. Interested and eligible firms can obtain the bidding document at the corporation’s procurement unit or call the following numbers. Tel: 7378443/ 3956227/7009875  for further information
5. A complete set of bidding document is in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible firms from the Specialize Procurement Unit (SPU) at a non-refundable fee of GMD 10,000 (ten thousand Dalasi only)
6. The bidding document will be sent electronically; hardcopy will be provided if requested by bidders.
7. Bids must be submitted along with a bid security of not less than 2% of the bidder’s price.
8. Bids must be delivered in the Tender Box at the Management’s office, National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation on or before noon Banjul Time on 11^th November, 2024.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation’s BOARD ROOM on the 11th November, 2024 at 12.30 Banjul Time.
