As part of our continued transformation journey, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to establish and drive our Strategy Transformation & Innovation Office.
Role Overview
The Manager of Strategy Transformation & Innovation Office will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic planning, overseeing execution of transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the Company’s long-term objectives.
The role will also provide business intelligence leadership by leveraging data analytics and performance insights to support informed decision-making and track progress across key strategic priorities.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong analytical capability, execution discipline, and the ability to influence across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Lead development and periodic review of the Corporate Strategy and annual business plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between departmental plans and corporate goals.
Transformation & Execution
- Oversee implementation of major transformation initiatives including digitalisation, process optimisation, automation, and innovation projects.
- Establish performance tracking mechanisms and ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and impact.
Business Intelligence & Performance Management
- Develop and manage executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and trend analysis to support management decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Innovation & Market Insights
- Identify new growth opportunities, emerging technologies, and digital financial service trends.
- Support development of innovative products and operational enhancements.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic direction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, financial services, consulting, or data analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and business intelligence capability.
- Experience within a regulated financial institution is highly desirable.
