TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Previous professional marketing experience is an advantage but is not essential for suitable graduates.

Successful candidates will receive practical on-the-job training and professional guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Assistant will support TASSCO with:

* Developing and implementing marketing activities and campaigns.

* Managing and creating content for social media platforms.

* Preparing marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.

* Supporting the promotion of TASSCO’s accounting and professional services.

* Assisting with client communications and engagement activities.

* Conducting basic market research and identifying potential business opportunities.

* Supporting networking, events and business development activities.

* Maintaining and updating marketing databases and contact lists.

* Monitoring social media engagement and preparing basic marketing reports.

* Supporting the development of TASSCO’s brand and public profile.

* Assisting with other marketing and business development activities as required.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* A degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Creativity and an interest in digital marketing and social media.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common digital platforms.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to communicate confidently with clients and potential clients.

Knowledge of Canva, social media management, content creation or digital marketing will be an advantage.
