Sunshine Insurance Company Limited, a growing and dynamic player in the insurance industry in The Gambia, is seeking to recruit a competent and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital and traditional)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Diploma in Insurance (added advantage)
• Practical knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office and digital marketing tools)
• Proficiency in English and at least one local language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
