Project Name:   PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

You are hereby invited to submit quotations for the Corporation’s vehicle maintenance services at Sarro. Under the request for quotation with publication. All registered transporters with experience and capacity are encouraged to participate and submit quotations. There will be a public opening of all quotation received at the place and at the time stated in Paragraph 7 below.

1. The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation has budgeted funding for Maintenance services of the Corporation fleets and intends to place a one-year framework Contract for both routine and breakdown maintenance of its fleets.
2. The services to be procured shall be delivered at The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, Sarro Denton Bridge as specified in the Terms of reference within the required timeframe.
3. The National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation now invites sealed and labelled quotations from eligible service providers (vehicle Garages) for the maintenance of the following vehicles:

• BJL 1047 W (TOYOTA RUSH)
• BJL 4440 S (TOYOTA PICK-UP)
• BJL 4449S (TOYOTA PICK-UP)
• BJL 0077Y (TOYOTA PICK-UP)
• BJL 2729 Y (TOYOTA PICK-UP)
• GGC 33 (NISSAN MINI-BUS)
• BJL 1488 W (NISSAN)

4. The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is three (3) days before the submission deadline. The contact details are: 3658602/7694864/3670660
5. Interested eligible services providers may obtain further information from or acquire the request for quotation documents and the Terms of reference (TOR) at the Procurement office, National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, Sarro, Denton Bridge Banjul, The Gambia.
6. A complete set of requests for quotation documents in English language may be obtained by interested services providers from NFSPMC’s Procurement unit, at no cost.
7. Quotations must be delivered at the DHRA’S Office at National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, on or before 12:00 PM Banjul time on Monday 16th March 2026

NOTE: Late submissions shall not be considered.

8. Bids will be open in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 12:30 PM AT NFSPMC’S BOARD ROOM, SARRO, DENTON BRIDGE.
