INVITATION TO A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Project Name: TRANSPORTATION OF GROUNDNUT HAND PICK SELECTED (HPS) FROM KEREWAN AND KAUR TO SARRO. 

Dear Sir/Madam,                              

You are hereby invited to submit quotation for the procurement of Transportation Services. All eligible transport companies are invited for the transportation of HAND PICK SELECTED groundnut (HPS), through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with Publication. 

1. The National Food Security Corporation has budgeted funding for     THE PROCUREMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF GROUNDNUT HAND PICK SELECTED (HPS) FROM KEREWAN AND KAUR TO SARRO and intends to place a Contract for the delivery of these goods.
2. The goods to be transported shall be delivered at The National Food Corporation, Sarro Denton Bridge as specified in the FORM 101 within the required timeframe.
3. The National Food Security Corporation now invites sealed and labelled Quotations from eligible transport companies for the transportation of these groundnuts from:

• KEREWAN TO SARRO

• KAUR TO SARRO 

4. The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is two (2) days before the submission deadline. The contact details are: 3712020/7694864/3296854.
5. Interested eligible Transporters may obtain the Term of reference (TOR) and the GPPA form 101 documents at no cost from the Procurement office, National Food Security Corporation, Sarro, Denton Bridge Banjul, The Gambia
6. Quotations must be delivered to the Specialize Procurement Office of the National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, on or before 12.00PM Banjul time on TUESDAY 21st JULY, 2026.

NOTE: Late submission shall not be considered.
