Job Overview
Technoavi Engineering, a leader in poultry equipment, agricultural machinery, animal nutrition, and agro-processing solutions, is looking for a qualified and results-driven Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Oversee daily store operations and ensure a professional environment.
Business Development: Drive sales and proactively expand our customer base (farmers, poultry breeders, agro-processors).
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including inventory control, tracking entries, and exits.
Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales staff (where applicable).
Reporting: Handle cash management and provide regular performance reports to management.
Supply Chain: Follow up on supplier orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Excellence: Ensure a high level of satisfaction through excellent service and advice.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma (Bac +2) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in store management or a similar retail/commercial role.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with agricultural or poultry equipment is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
Profile: Honest, highly organized, responsible, and capable of leading a team.
