System Analyst (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Banjul, The Gambia
Company: InSIST Global Ltd.
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Fixed-Term)
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role

InSIST Global Ltd. is looking for a skilled System Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

Produce functional specifications and user stories.

Analyse business processes and recommend improvements.

Develop process maps and system models.

Work with software developers and infrastructure teams.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare user documentation and training materials.

Support system implementation and user adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in systems/business analysis.

Experience gathering requirements and producing functional specifications.

Experience supporting software delivery projects and UAT.

Business Analysis or Agile certifications are an advantage.
