NIRO Company Limited is a leading aviation services company headquartered at Banjul International Airport, The Gambia, providing Ground Handling, Inflight Catering, Commercial Services and Aviation Support Services to international and regional airlines.

Position : Head of Finance & Administration
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance and Administration
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to Executive
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Manage treasury and cashflow
- Strengthen internal controls, governance and compliance
- Oversee Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology and Administration
- Support strategic projects, investment decisions and regional expansion
- Develop, mentor, and build leadership capacity within departmental
Minimum Requirements Essential
- Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA professional
- Minimum five (5) years post qualification
- Minimum five (5) years management or supervisory experience, including relevant experience obtained prior to qualification where applicable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Strong treasury and cashflow management
- Demonstrated leadership and people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ethical
Desirable
- MBA or Master’s
- Experience in aviation, logistics or service
- Audit
- Risk management
- Internal controls
- ERP implementation
- Experience operating in multi-currency
- Experience supporting regional or multinational
