Job Overview
JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing & Communications Officer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and aligning local marketing efforts with Enterprise Group’s overall strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic insight and executional excellence, with a focus on digital engagement, reputation management, and internal/external communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and implement local marketing and communications plans that align with the Company’s corporate strategy.
•Lead digital and traditional campaigns to amplify brand presence and drive customer engagement.
•Monitor, control, and assess the impact of outdoor advertising assets (e.g., billboards).
•Create and manage marketing content across platforms—digital, print, broadcast.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and external agencies to ensure marketing alignment and impact.
•Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
•Support internal communication efforts to engage employees with brand values and business priorities.
•Work with the Managing Director and Group Communications office to handle public relations and crises communication issues that may occur

EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong understanding of brand management and integrated marketing principles.
• Digital fluency across web, social media, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under limited supervision.
• Team player with collaborative attitude, especially in cross-border or group-wide engagements.
• Knowledge of Gambian insurance regulations is a plus.
