UNICEF The Gambia invites qualified and experienced institutional firms to submit proposals for
the payment of daily subsistence allowance and transport refunds, as well as fund transfer services
to implementing partners’ staff within the seven (7) Administrative Regions of The Gambia. These
services cover various expenses, such as daily subsistence allowance and transport refunds for
attending workshops and campaigns, as part of the delivery of UNICEF programmes.

Scope of Work
Interested firms are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the solicitation
documents available on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at www.ungm.org,
under reference number LRPS-2026-9206763.

Submission Requirements:
• Bidders are required to submit two separate files: a “Technical Proposal” and a “Financial
Proposal.”
• Both files should be submitted via email to banjul@unicef.org with the subject line
LRPS-2026-9206763

Submission Deadline: All proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, 24th November
2026 at 12:00 midnight (GMT). Please note that this tender process does not include a public bid opening.
