Dear Sir/Madam,
You are hereby invited to submit quotation for the procurement of Transportation Services. All eligible transport companies are invited for the distribution of 100,000 bags of rock phosphate to regional districts in The Gambia, through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with Publication.
- The National Food Security Corporation has budgeted funding for the distribution of 100,000 bags of rock phosphate to regional districts in The Gambia and intends to place a Contract for the distribution of these goods.
- The goods to be distributed shall be delivered at regional districts in The Gambia as specified in the Form 101 (Request for Quotation) within the required timeframe.
3.The National Food Security Corporation now invites sealed and labelled Quotations from eligible transport companies for the transportation of the distribution of fertilizer to regional districts in The Gambia
- WEST COAST REGION
- URBAN (KMC AND BCC)
- UPPER RIVER REGION
- CENTRAL RIVER REGION SOUTH
- NORTH BANK REGION
- CENTRAL RIVER NORTH
- LOWER RIVER REGION.
- The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is two (2) days before the submission deadline. The contact detail is: 3712020.
- Interested eligible Transporters may obtain the Term of reference (TOR) and the GPPA form 101 documents at no cost from the Procurement office, National Food Security Corporation, Sarro, Denton Bridge Banjul, The Gambia.
- Quotations must be delivered to the Specialize Procurement Office of the National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, on or before 12.00PM Banjul time on TUESDAY 21st JULY, 2026.
NOTE: Late submission shall not be considered.
