Project Name:  PROCUREMENT OF EVENT MATERIALS AND SERVICES FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE CORPOARTION’S NEW OFFICE COMPLEX

Dear Sir/Madam,                              

You are hereby invited to submit quotations for the procurement of event materials and services for the inauguration of the corporations’ new office complex at Sarro. Under the request for quotation with publication. All registered suppliers with experience and capacity are encouraged to participate and submit quotations. 

1. The National Food Security Corporation has budgeted funding for the PROCUREMENT OF EVENT MATERIALS AND SERVICES FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE CORPOARTION’S NEW OFFICE COMPLEX and intends to place a Contract for the delivery of these goods and services.
2. The goods and services shall be delivered at The National Food Corporation, Sarro Denton Bridge as specified in GPPA Form 101 (Request for Quotation) within the required timeframe.
3. The National Food Security Corporation now invites sealed and labelled Quotations from eligible suppliers for the the procurement of event materials and services for the inauguration of the corporations’ new office complex at Sarro 
4. The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is two (2) days before the submission deadline. The contact details are: 3712020/3296854
5. Interested eligible Transporters may obtain the Term of reference (TOR) and the GPPA form 101 documents at no cost from the Procurement office, National Food Security Corporation, Sarro, Denton Bridge Banjul, The Gambia.
6. Quotations must be delivered to the Specialize Procurement Office of the National Food Security Processing and Marketing Corporation, on or before 12.00PM Banjul time on TUESDAY 21st JULY, 2026.

NOTE: Late submission shall not be considered.
