TENDER NOTICE

Name of Project: McGovern-Dole Food for Education (FFE) Project in The Gambia

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) The Gambia is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced transport service providers for the transportation of food and non-food items under the McGovern-Dole Food for Education (FFE) Project (NDOKK). The project is being implemented in 186 Lower Basic Schools (LBS) and Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers across the country. Interested bidders are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

OBJECTIVES

The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to identify qualified transport service providers for the safe, timely, and reliable transportation of food and non-food items under the McGovern-Dole Food for Education (FFE) Project (NDOKK). Specifically, to:

• Transport food and non-food items to designated project
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of
• Provide adequate transport capacity to support project implementation

For this tender, the transportation services have been divided into four (4) lots. Interested bidders may apply for one, multiple, or all lots, provided they demonstrate the capacity to perform the required services.

All bids must be submitted via email to gm_quotations@crs.org with the subject line RFQ FFE_TRANSPORTATION OF FOOD ITEMS AND NON-FOOD ITEMS.

Physical submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.

All questions related to the RFP should be sent to gm_procurementenquiries@crs.org with the subject line ENQUIRIES FOR FFE TRANSPORTATION OF FOOD ITEMS AND NON-FOOD ITEMS.

Bids will be valid for 90 days from the date of submission set by CRS. An offer valid for a shorter period may be rejected.

CRS reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, and to cancel the procedure to call for tenders and to reject all tenders at any time before the award of the contract, without incurring any liability vis-à-vis the tenderers.

CRS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the contract in whole to a single bidder or to make multiple awards and distribute the scope of work among two or more bidders, as deemed to be in the best interest of CRS.
