TENDER NOTICE
ARCD invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the execution of the following construction project:
Project Title: Solar Powerd Borehole
Project Location: CRR North
Scope of Works: The SoW includes the design, drilling, construction, installation, testing, and completion of FIVE (5) solar powered boreholes in accordance with the approved design and the specifications of Africa Relief and Community Development (ARCD).
Eligibility Requirements: Interested contractors must submit the following:
- Valid business registration certificate, GPPA certificate.
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Company profile detailing relevant experience
- Evidence (photos) of successful completion of similar projects
- List of key technical personnel and equipment
- Any other relevant documents required to the said project
Collection of Bidding Documents: Interested bidders may obtain and enquire the bidding documents from: a.conteh@africa-relief.org.
The bidding documents will be available from 12/08/2026 to 19/08/2026 during official working hours.
Submission of Bids: Completed bids must be specifically submitted directly to bids@africa-relief.org not later than 5:00pm on 27/08/2026. Submissions to any other email will automatically be rejected.
ARCD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid received. Furthermore, only recieved bids through the official email will be evaluated.
